The Natural city uses Australia Post and other courier services for all deliveries. All parcels will be delivered to the provided address and will require a signature on receipt. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours.

Parcels will be plain and unmarked for privacy and security. They will be dispatched as soon as payment and orders have been processed. Please allow normal postage times for delivery.

Postage and Handling is free for all orders over $130 to Brisbane Metro (4000-4200)
0-10kg - $4.95 subsidized freight within Brisbane Metro
0-1.5kg - $6.95 outside Brisbane, Australia wide
Over 3kg - additional $1.20 / additional kilo
International orders - at cost

The Natural City will despatch on the same day the order is received providing the order is received before 10.00am(EST) and goods are in stock. All other orders will be despatched the next business day.
