Features and benefits

Delivers a gradual supply of nutrients throughout the day. It releases many of the nutrients required over a prolonged period of time.

Convenient one a day dosage

How it works

Health statistics show that many Australian adults are receiving well below the RDIs of essential vitamins and minerals - particularly iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc, selenium, vitamin A and some of the B group vitamins. Daily supplementation with a broad range of nutrients, including vitamins and minerals, provides nutritional insurance by helping to achieve an optimum intake for health and the prevention of disease.

Blackmores’ sustained release system is based on a unique matrix consisting of two vegetable gums - guar gum (from the seeds of a legume), and gum acacia (from the sap of acacia trees). The sustained release principle involves the leaching of vitamins and minerals from the tablet ‘core’ as it passes through the gastrointestinal tract.

Adults - Take one tablet a day with meal, or as professionally prescribed.

Children (under 12 years) - Not suitable for children under 12 years

The recommended adult daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 2500IU. When taken in excess of 8000 IU vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.

Always read the label. Use only as directed.
