WHAT IS BIO PRO?
Bio Pro is crafted from Certified Organic Rice Protein and yields a high protein which is similar to your typical Whey Proteins available.
A delicate process of sprouting and fermenting at a low heat eliminates the risk of damaging the sensitive proteins (denaturation), and delivers a nutritionally superior product.
Bio Pro is easy to digest, hypo-allergenic, non-whey source, non-soy source, as well as being gluten & wheat free.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RICE PRO AND BIO PRO?
Both forms – Rice Pro and Bio Pro go through a fermentation process, although Bio Pro goes through further extraction using ‘membranes’ which filters out the dietary fiber etc. yielding a higher protein count. In terms of the differences in digestion, they would be marginal but since the Rice Pro contains a little dietary fiber and carbohydrate in form of various naturally occurring sugars then Bio Pro would be likely to cause no discomfort compared to Rice Pro, again differences are marginal.
IS BIO PRO SAFE TO USE DURING PREGNANCY?
In short, yes. Due to the cleanliness and purity of this product, and the fact that women undergoing pregnancy require higher quantities of protein than women who are not pregnant, Bio Pro is an excellent source of Natural Protein.

WHERE IS BIO PRO SOURCED FROM?
Our Brown Rice Protein (Bio Pro) is sourced from rice that is certified organic. The Bio Pro is enzymatically extracted from multiple layers of whole grain vs. the industry typical white rice protein which is hexane extracted from only the bran layer.
This massive difference in development allows us to have our very own plant-based complete protein which means that our Bio Pro (and our rice pro) have all 9 essential amino acids necessary for muscle recovery and development.

If you are an athlete or highly active person attempting to lose body fat while preserving lean muscle mass, a daily intake of 1.5-2.2g/kg body-weight (0.68-1g/lb bodyweight) is a good goal.
If you are an athlete or highly active person, or you are attempting to lose body fat while preserving lean mass, then a daily intake of 1.0-1.5g/kg body-weight (0.45-0.68g/lb bodyweight) is a good goal.
If you are sedentary and not looking to change body composition, a daily target of 0.8g/kg body-weight (0.36g/lb bodyweight) is a good goal.
