| The best way to find a product is to type in the product name in the search box. We have the most powerful searching function which quickly display all items key related what you type in. However, by doing that if you still can not find the product/s simply send an email to the customer service and we will respond to you straight away. |

| How quickly is my order processed? |
| We usually send your order out within 1 working day, as we do have a large range of products in our warehouse, however some products do have to be ordered. If there are any problems with this process we will contact you by email or phone. |

| I have just chosen the Bank to Bank Transfer Option, what happens now? |
| You now need to use the tranfer function on your internet banking. Use the account details from our website and remember to put your name and order number in the Description Section. We do check our account everyday, and as soon as the funds have cleared in our account we will despatch your goods. With some banks it can take a couple of days for it to clear. Also, if the product is not in stock, we will not order from our suppliers, until reciept of funds transfer. |

| How are my goods delivered within Brisbane Metro Area? |
| Within the Brisbane Metro area (postcodes 4000-4200), our parcels are delivered by Fastway Couriers and are usually delivered by next working day. ALL parcels need to be signed for, they CANNOT be left at your residence unattended, the courier will however leave a card saying he came by. If you order by Fastways, you can request the tracking number to trace your parcel, by emailing us at info@naturalcity.com.au |

| How are my goods delivered outside the Brisbane Metro Area? |
| Your parcel will be delivered by Australia Post. These will need to be signed for unless you have a PO Box. They will NOT be left unattended at your property, the postie will leave a card saying he came by. Delivery also depends on which state it is being sent to and whether rural or metro. Some parcels can take up to a week to arrive. If you have any queries on the whereabouts of your delivery please email us at info@naturalcity.com.au with the name of the person ordering the goods, the order number, and the date ordered, and we will track down the parcel and let you know where it is. |

| Can we get the Online prices from your Brisbane store? |
| Yes, but we need a printout of these products. You do this by adding all the products you wish to purchase to the cart, then when finished, go to checkout and print that page. Bring this with you to our store in Sumner Park. |

| How are my goods delivered for countries outside Australia? How is the freight charge calculated? |
| All goods ordered internationally are delivered via air by Australia Post. The freight charge is calculated based on the net weight of the parcel according the country destination. This cost is manually added to the total amount of your order and is to be charged as one new amount to your nominated credit card. Customers can always request a freight quotation by email when they place an order. Upon approval from customers, the parcel is then delivered based on the agreed freight charge. |
